1. The core principle
Soryx is deliberately not an OSINT, people-search, or investigation product. We do not offer features to discover information about third parties, and using the service to attempt that is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use Soryx to:
- Search for, profile, surveil, stalk, or gather information about another person without lawful authority.
- Submit data, identities, or removal requests relating to people who have not authorised you.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your authority to act on someone’s behalf.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, probe, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service to break any law, or to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except under an authorised Business agreement.
3. Authorised representation
If you submit data on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have a lawful basis and the necessary authority to do so (for instance, a parent or guardian, or a documented mandate from an employer for staff enrolment). We may ask you to evidence that authority.
4. Fair and secure use
- Keep your credentials confidential and enable available security features.
- Provide accurate information so removal requests are valid and effective.
- Use the service within the limits of your plan and applicable rate limits.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access, reverse prohibited actions, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination under our Terms of Service.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Soryx - including using it to target you - contact us at abuse@matrix.eu and we will investigate promptly.
